| I wish to congratulate you and your team on the successful completion of our neighbouring school in Rathfeigh. The people of the parish are delighted. You can take immense pleasure in having been so deeply involved in providing two exceptional establishments which will serve the population well into the future. It is hard to believe that we are five years into our building in Skryne and your design here continues to win many compliments from the numerous visitors to our school. Indeed we ran a teachers’ Summer Course in the school this year and to a person they were complimentary to both the sense of space and light created by the imaginative design. Take a bow once more. |

| Timber Frame Houses, Kilmacud |
| We have found Cathal O’Neill Architects a pleasure to deal with. They kept us informed throughout all stages of planning and building. They have helped us design a house within a small urban space that works perfectly for our family needs. We used Cathal O’Neill Architects in the Planning and design of 2 timber frame houses in Kilmacud, Dublin. They put in place the tender process needed to find the most cost efficient supplier of timber frame housing at the time. The houses were of semi modular format from a timber frame company (Scandanavian Homes Ltd). To us, one of the most important things was the planning application within a sensitive urban area. We found Cathal O’Neill Architects to be most attentive to our requirements and had the experience and knowledge to guide us through that planning and design process, with regular meetings to update us. |
